Wet Carpet

Shown here we have a clearly saturated carpet from a leak at a Long Island home. This had happened after hours and the home owner called our service to report the damage. We immediately reached out to them to discuss more details and a plan of action. Our experienced technicians arrived on the scene ready to work. They were able to determine that in order to ensure proper drying the carpet would have to be removed in certain areas. In the after picture here you can see how well that plan was executed. The end result left the customer more than satisfied and that is always our number one goal!
